Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear from our Nightwear & Underwear collection unless the item is faulty.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please use the template below.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in the approval email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Standard shipping charges apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations.

Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
