We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate: £12.95

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over £50

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
  • Original packaging is required

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear from our Nightwear & Underwear collection unless the item is faulty.

  5. Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Faulty Items
